Refrigerated containers are actually shipping containers. They are insulated and equipped with an “all electric” cooling system, allowing for a multitude of products to be stored at a specific temperature. While they are called “refrigerated containers”, they can actually maintain temperatures below 0°F and up to 75°F (depending on product and usage).

They can be utilized as coolers or freezers. Refrigerated containers are also referred to as “reefer containers”. They are an excellent alternative to diesel powered refrigerated trailers. They are less expensive to run and are quieter as well. Being 100% electric, it makes our refrigerated containers an environmentally friendly cold storage option.

Our refrigerated containers come in 20’ and 40’ sizes. They are delivered on a tilt bed trailer and sit directly on the ground. The larger 40’ units can also be placed on wheels and can be utilized at a loading dock. Whether on the ground or on wheels, the refrigerated containers and refrigerated trailers are well suited for just about any cold storage application.

We also offer a walk-in coolers and walk-in freezers. This unit is available in the 20’ size and is a great option for small scale cold storage applications. It will fit easily into a parking space and can maintain temperatures between 0°F and 40°F. If you don’t need to store palletized product, the walk in may be just what you need.
