20ft High Cube shipping container converted into temperature controlled mobile control/equipment room. Two personnel doors were installed on one side of the container. A partition was also installed on the interior with a passage door. Electrical was installed throughout, including light, outlets, and two window AC/Heat units. The customer also requested that the floor be painted gray and the existing double doors be removed.
Modifications Include
2”x4” wood studs 16” O.C., 3” rock wool insulation, ½” plywood painted white
Interior partition w/ 36” solid panel steel door. Door equipped w/ 12” x 12” viewing window and panic hardware
(2) 36” exterior steel personnel doors with 12” x 12” viewing window and panic hardware
(2) 24,000 BTU AC w/heat
Remove double doors and install 14 gauge flat steel wall
Exterior painted white (marine grade industrial enamel)
Wood floor painted dark gray
(3) 3’ x 3’ double pane window

(2) 4’ overhead lights w/ (2) switch, (7) 110v duplex receptacles, (2) 230V single phase receptacles (for AC units), 1 cat 6 connection, 100 amp panel. **all wiring run in surface mounted conduit**
