30ft High Cube Container Conversion
40ft High Cube container cut down to 30ft length and converted into an on-site temperature controlled storage unit for a retail clothing store.
Modifications Include
- Used 40’L x 8’W x 9’6”H High Cube container cut down to 30’ length
- 2”x3” wood studs 16” O.C., R-13 Fiberglass insulation and lined with 5/16” Hardie™ paneling
- Remove double cargo doors and install 16 gauge flat steel wall
- 3’ exterior steel personnel door, handle & deadbolt lock, overhead drip ledge, weather-strip, door sweep and threshold
- (3) 4’ overhead florescent light with (1) switch, (5) 110V duplex receptacles and (1) 100 amp exterior panel **All wiring run in surface mounted conduit**
- Interior painted flat tan
- Exterior painted light beige (marine grade industrial enamel)
- 9,500BTU Cooling/8,000BTU heating – 120V window unit
